The 210R rectangular cell module is a unique product in the current photovoltaic sector, offering substantial benefits in terms of economic efficiency and performance.

Initially, the 210R modules employ sophisticated silicon wafer cutting technology, which substantially enhances energy generation efficiency and increases power density. For example, the LESSO Solar 210R-66 model has a maximum power output of 625W, which is more than 30W greater than the 182-72 modules. This enhancement effectively reduces BOS (Balance of System) and LCOE (Levelized Cost of Electricity) costs, resulting in superior performance in practical applications.

In addition, the 210R standard size, which is frequently referred to as the "golden size," has been optimized to a length of 2382mm. This increase ensures a "maximum load" design for reduced transportation costs, boosting container shipping capacity by up to 5% and achieving an impressive 98.5% space utilization rate. As a result, the 210R rectangular cell modules are becoming more popular among customers, and their market value is widely acknowledged.

LESSO Solar's technical development and production capabilities at the Shunde base have been significantly enhanced by the successful production of the first 210R rectangular cell module.

As a renowned photovoltaic production base, LESSO Solar is equipped with sophisticated production equipment and stringent quality control systems. The  technological innovation and research investment are prioritized by the base, which consistently introduces competitive new products and make Lesso Solar more competitive in the global photovoltaic market.

At present, the Shunde base has eight automated module production lines. It is at the forefront of the industry due to its extensive automation and information integration. The base has a significant production capacity of 3.2GW per year and is capable of processing a variety of modules, such as P-type 182, P-type 210, N-TOPCon 183.75, and 210R.

Additionally, the Shunde base has implemented a cutting-edge testing laboratory that employs AI-powered inspection technology to guarantee the utmost quality of products. Furthermore, the base provides complete traceability for each cell module by offering comprehensive product data tracing and storage.

The 210R rectangular cell module's successful production also signifies the commencement of a new chapter in LESSO Solar's N-TOPCon product strategy. LESSO Solar will persist in its efforts to advance the photovoltaic industry by increasing investment in research and technology and embracing innovation-driven development. The company is committed to the development of a safe, efficient, low-carbon, and sustainable energy system.
