Lesso New Energy Industry Base is a modern and comprehensive green new energy industry production base established in Longjiang Town, Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, under the strong support of Shunde District Committee, District Government and Longjiang Town Government. The planned investment is 6 billion RMB, with a planned construction area of about 300,000m2. The project will be put into production in two phases, with the first phase going into production in 2024 and the second phase going into full production in 2025. Upon reaching production, the output value will exceed 12 billion RMB.
The project is located in the New Industry Park of Longjiang Town, Shunde District, covering an area of approximately 280,826m2. This project will feature new energy materials, new energy equipment and new energy applications, with a focus on building a production headquarters base with a scale of approximately 10GW PV cells and 5GW PV modules.
In the preparation stage of the project, the provincial, municipal and district levels of government attach great importance and strong support, Long Jiang Town, the main leader of the many times to take the lead in organising thematic meetings, close coordination of land concessions, the construction of ancillary facilities and other matters, and vigorously promote the project settlement.
The completion of this project will boost the new energy industry agglomeration in the Greater Bay Area and inject new vitality into the regional economic development. At the same time, it will also strongly promote the energy transformation and urban green development of the Greater Bay Area, drive the development of related industrial chains, further enhance the development of the region's energy industry and market influence, and inject new momentum into the healthy and rapid development of the regional economy.
